Phoenix Rebuild Partners is a public-benefit LLC founded by local professionals, including Palisades residents, in response to the January 2025 fires. Our team brings together decades of experience across real estate, finance, law, and construction.

We started Phoenix because we believed the options many families were being presented with - selling their property at a discount or attempting to rebuild alone with insufficient resources - were not good enough for our community.

Rebuilding the Palisades and Malibu will require more than one solution because every family's situation is different. The third path you’ll read about on this page exists because we built it for our neighbors.
