Rachel is a Palisadian who lost her home in the January 2025 Palisades Fire and has since become one of the community's most active voices on mortgage relief and the path back home. She has a background in research and data analysis, including a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from UCLA, and a talent for translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.
