Rob Fagnani is an Advisor to Phoenix Rebuild Partners. After losing his home in the January 2025 Palisades Fire, he brings both personal experience and professional expertise to helping homeowners navigate Phoenix’s partnership-based rebuilding model and their overall rebuild situation. Rob has deep experience in financial markets, data-driven strategy, and systems-level problem solving. He began his career as a credit investor at Morgan Stanley and later served as a Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he led work in marketing and AI. He is also the co-founder of Formation, an AI-powered marketing platform acquired by BCG, and currently serves as a Partner at Dolabra Digital. He is the co-founder of Disaster Mortgage Relief (DMR), where he works with homeowners and policymakers to translate post-disaster mortgage challenges into practical, scalable solutions. Rob holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson, a BS from Lehigh University, and the CFA designation.
